Rates

The rates for renting for a week vary depending on the apartment and the period (see schedule). The week runs from Saturday after 4pm until next Saturday before 10am. Rates are indicative: they may be updated without notice.

Benefits

The price is all taxes included. It includes water, electricity and heating. Bed linen are optional (€ 10 per bed). Towels are optional (€ 9 per towel set). The household is at your expense, or made by us for an amount of € 50.

Payment

30% of total price is payable upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid one month before your arrival. Payment by check or vacation checks only. Credit cards are not accepted. Keys against bail of € 350 per check.
